Thanks to everyone who visited us in the last year. We hope that you have made progress towards your goals, and that you have set new ones for 2026. People love to flood into gyms come January. If you are making New Year goals, don't plan just to exercise. Plan to feel better. Allow yourself to enjoy moments of success. We hope to see you in 2026. What's more, we hope that you will see yourself in a different light this year (preferably a flattering one). Good luck to everyone on starting the year off right!
Team USA will have a team qualifying competition in Alabama at the end of January. This will be accompanied by an informational camp for those who succeed. If you have ever considered participating, new qualifiers will take place next year. Give it a shot!
